We have built our firm around the cloud, which lets us work with clients from anywhere, not just those near our office.

Documents come to us through our secure client portal or email, and most of the day-to-day happens without anyone getting in a car.

You do not have to drive across town to meet with us, although we would love it if you did, even if it is just to say hi to our office pup, Eva.

Where Our Clients Are

Our office is in Oak Ridge, moving to downtown Clinton in December 2026, and our clients are spread across East Tennessee, including Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and Clinton, and out through Blount, Loudon, Roane, and Sevier counties.

Do you only work with small businesses?

No. We work with businesses of every size, from owner-operators to established companies with a full payroll. What they have in common is that they would rather spend their time running the business than keeping its books.

Do you work with businesses in my industry?

Very likely. We work with trades and contractors, title companies, salons, dental practices, physical therapy clinics, cleaning companies, artists and content creators, chambers of commerce, and a little bit of everyone in between. If your line of work is not listed, call and ask. It is a short conversation either way.

Do I have to be near your office?

No. Most of our work happens digitally, through our secure client portal and email, so we work with businesses well beyond our own town. When a conversation needs to happen in person, we are happy to have one.

How do you charge?

We bill hourly. We do not sell packages, because most businesses do not need the same amount of work every month and we would rather not charge you for hours you did not use.
