Payroll Is the One Thing You Cannot Get Wrong
Your people get paid. The filings go in on time. You stop thinking about it.
Most business problems can wait a week. Payroll cannot.
Your people have rent due. And behind the paychecks sits a stack of deadlines that do not move — 941s quarterly, 940s annually, state unemployment, W-2s and 1099s in January. Miss one and the penalty arrives with interest, addressed to you.
This is the work owners lose the most sleep over and get the least credit for. We have been handling it for 35 years, and it is the part of the job we are quietest about, because when it is done right nobody notices it at all.

What We Handle
Payroll processing.
Wages calculated, withholdings applied, and your people paid on schedule.
Payroll tax filing.
Quarterly 941s. Annual 940s. State unemployment (SUTA). Deposits made on the schedule the IRS assigns you, not the one that is convenient.
Year-end.
W-2s for your employees and 1099s for your contractors, prepared and filed on time.
The classification question.
Whether someone is an employee or a contractor is not a preference — it is a test, and getting it wrong is one of the more expensive mistakes a small business can make. We will tell you what we see.
Why Owners Hand This Off
The Real Cost of Doing It Yourself
It is not the hour it takes to run the payroll. It is the deadline you did not know about, the deposit schedule that changed when your payroll grew, and the notice that arrives eight months later about a quarter you thought was closed.
Payroll penalties compound. A missed deposit becomes a penalty, the penalty accrues interest, and by the time the letter finds you the number has grown teeth. Almost every payroll problem we clean up started as something small that nobody caught.
You get a person here, not a ticket queue. When you call with a question about a paycheck, you reach someone who knows your business and can answer it.
How It Works
1. We look at what you are running now.
Whatever system you are in, whatever shape it is in.
2. We take over the calendar.
Pay runs, deposits, and filings all move onto our schedule, not yours.
3. You get your attention back.
Payroll happens. Filings go in. You find out about it because we tell you, not because a notice does.
Common Questions
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. It is common. We pick up the year-to-date figures from your current system so the W-2s at year end are correct and complete.
What happens if I have already missed a filing?
Tell us. Missed filings are fixable, and they get more expensive the longer they sit. We would rather start with the honest picture than find it in January.
Do you handle 1099 contractors as well as employees?
Yes — both, including the year-end filings for each.
Who is liable if a payroll tax filing is late?
The business is, which is exactly why the deadlines are worth handing to someone whose job it is to watch them.
Ready to stop watching the payroll calendar?
One conversation tells us whether we are a fit. There is no obligation and no pressure.
