Introducing Lea Ann Sanford – owner of P&L Business Services, a full service bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and consulting firm for small to mid-sized businesses.

Not only does she bring a Masters of Accountancy and over 25 years of accounting experience to the table, she also comes from a background of small business owners.

Her business acumen and heart for helping others from an early age helps make Lea Ann a responsive, reliable, and trustworthy partner to have in your corner.

She is known for doing everything from low level AP work to controller work and writing multi-million dollar budgets.

But what matters to her most? The people.

When she’s not busy training the team, she spends a lot of time outside kayaking or doing quite a bit of volunteer work.

Abby Townsend – Staff Accountant

Abby Townsend is one of our Staff Accountants. She is a Roane State Community College graduate with an associate degree in business administration and holds experience conducting both administrative and accounting duties of business operations.

Abby is a disciplined team-player dedicated to helping others, no matter the task. She implements her business acumen not only at work, but in multiple aspects of her life. As an accounting generalist, she is eager to learn more each day from her team members and looks forward to executing her part in helping small businesses succeed.

When not in the office, Abby is more than likely at the gym working towards her fitness goals or searching local vintage shops for streetwear and old trinkets.

Victoria Wyres – Staff Accountant

Meet Victoria Wyres, Staff Accountant at P&L Business Services. Victoria thrives on being an asset to the company and its clients.  She enjoys working to learn and perfecting new skills as a team member. Victoria has experience and knowledge of working for small businesses. She takes pride in handling the accounting responsibilities, leaving others time to handle the day-to-day tasks it takes to run the business side efficiently.

When she is not at work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a lover of all things old and loves to refurbish old furniture and quilts.

Amy Snyder – Accounting Generalist

Amy Snyder is one of our Accounting Generalists.  She was born in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State Behrend with a BS in Accounting.  She moved to TN in 2001 and has loved living here ever since.  Amy is excited to join the team at P&L Business Services.

In her free time, she loves relaxing on the lake and dedicating herself to various volunteer projects. Amy and her husband have two daughters, and together they are always seeking new adventures—whether it’s exploring a glacier in Alaska, swimming with sharks, or enjoying a peaceful hot air balloon ride.

Amber Sanchez – Executive Assistant to Lea Ann Sanford

Amber Sanchez brings years of administrative experience and a sharp eye for detail to her role as Executive Assistant to Lea Ann Sanford . Born and raised in Western New York, Amber relocated to Tennessee in 2009 and quickly found it to be home. Her dedication and organizational skills help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys a full and active home life with her three children and husband Giovanni. Her family’s calendar is filled with football, soccer, track meets, and her husband’s pickleball tournaments. When she finds a quiet moment, Amber loves to scrapbook memories from their weekend getaways and family vacations.
