Introducing Lea Ann Sanford – owner of P&L Business Services, a full service bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and consulting firm for small to mid-sized businesses.

Not only does she bring a Masters of Accountancy and over 25 years of accounting experience to the table, she also comes from a background of small business owners.

Her business acumen and heart for helping others from an early age helps make Lea Ann a responsive, reliable, and trustworthy partner to have in your corner.

She is known for doing everything from low level AP work to controller work and writing multi-million dollar budgets.

But what matters to her most? The people.

When she’s not busy training the team, she spends a lot of time outside kayaking or doing quite a bit of volunteer work.

Connor Peak – Staff Accountant

Say hello to Connor Peak, the charismatic wingman and Staff Accountant at P&L Business Services.

Before joining the team and pursuing a degree in Accounting, Connor spent 4 years serving in the US Naval Intelligence.

As you might imagine, his military training comes in handy behind the scenes at the office to make sure your books are done to shear perfection! And if he’s gone MIA, you might catch him out being the face of P&L at the next networking event.

Connor was born into a lineage of accountants and is becoming a master at helping small businesses conquer their company books with a tactical defense.

His favorite part of the job is getting to work with small businesses and helping them succeed.

In his free time, he indulges in his love for travel every chance he gets. During moments of rest, he can be found playing with Eva.

Jaime E. Martin – Administrative Assistant

Jaime E. Martin is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in administrative roles. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Jaime has consistently supported executives and teams in various industries.

She holds an associate degree in management from Roane State Community College, which has equipped her with a solid foundation in business principles and effective communication. With a passion for efficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Jaime strives to streamline operations and contribute to the success of P & L Business Services.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four dogs. There is nothing better than snuggling with the dogs after a busy day at the office. Living and working in Oak Ridge is something that makes her very happy, after all she has her four fur babies to get home to everyday!

Linda Patton – Credentialing Specialist

Linda Patton is our Credentialing Specialist. This role entails clinician support in maintaining licensure and certifications, assisting providers with achieving and maintaining healthcare facility privileges and requirements, along with other administrative tasks. With over 30 years of medical office experience, she has knowledge in many clerical roles.

Linda is the point of contact for her providers’ hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.  Her friendly and caring attitude helps maintain these professional relationships. She is conscientious and her attention to detail and organizational skills are a necessity for credentialing.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends. It’s no surprise Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday.  She believes in serving others and keeping her family close. Born and raised in North Knoxville, Linda loves being outdoors and visiting the Smoky Mountains.  A few weeks a year she can be found in Florida, chasing beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico with her husband and chihuahua.

Victoria Wyres – Staff Account

Meet Victoria Wyres, Staff Accountant at P&L Business Services. Victoria thrives on being an asset to the company and its clients.  She enjoys working to learn and perfecting new skills as a team member. Victoria has experience and knowledge of working for small businesses. She takes pride in handling the accounting responsibilities, leaving others time to handle the day-to-day tasks it takes to run the business side efficiently.

When she is not at work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a lover of all things old and loves to refurbish old furniture and quilts.

Eva – Staff Dog

This is Eva – the youngest member of the P&L crew. Born in October 2022, she serves as the Head of Fun at P&L Business Services with a main job is to provide entertainment and affection to clients and staff.

Her social, friendly and gentle manner makes her a client favorite. She is one of the sweetest office pups you’ll ever meet.

If you step inside the office at P&L, she’ll labrador you. Just like her favorite show Paw Patrol, she believes “No job is too big and no pup is too small.”

After hours, you may find her taking on a new leash in life. She enjoys getting loved on by her family and friends and is known to eat, sleep, cuddle, and repeat.

At P&L Business Services, Eva is everyone’s best friend. The motto is bring your dog to work everyday!
